Is it safe to order from your site?
Yes, absolutely. Santa's Quarters™ has a private security certificate for online transactions, which encrypts all data entered in the checkout process. In short, this means that all the information you enter is encoded making sure that it reaches us safely and secure, so nobody else can read or steal your information.

Do you charge handling fees?
No, we do not charge any handling fees.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Santa's Quarters™ accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Please note that we charge all credit cards prior to shipping. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks. We do accept business checks, money orders, or wire transfers for commercial orders. Please call 1-888-334-7527 or email us at info@santasquarters.com if you have questions about your payment options. Orders cannot be paid by C.O.D. (cash on delivery).
What happens after I have placed my order?
Once you have placed your order – online or over the phone – you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Your order confirmation contains all the important information pertaining to your order, including your order number, your name and address, the items you have ordered, the shipping cost, and the total cost of your order. We suggest you print your order confirmation and keep it for your records.

We are here to answer your calls Monday through Friday, from 9AM to 5PM Central Time. After hours, you can leave us a message and we will call you back the next business day.
How is my order shipped?
We ship all of our standard products via FedEx. Please note that FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Oversized items such as giant Christmas trees and some large quantity orders are shipped via freight. We will inform you if your order is being shipped by freight, and will provide a tracking number for freight deliveries.
How much are shipping costs?
Unlike many stores, we do not inflate our shipping costs. The rates you see on our site are pulled directly from FedEx. You can calculate your shipping rates prior to checkout in the shopping cart by entering your zip code.
How fast will my order ship?
We make every effort to ship out your order as fast as possible. Most of our products ship within 1-2 business days. In order to keep your costs as low as possible, some products will be shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. During the busiest months, in November and December, it may take 4 or 5 business days before products will ship from the manufacturer, and FedEx transit times will also be increased.
How can I track my order?
If you have placed your order online you can access your account here anytime, using the email address and password you received after your purchase. Once you're logged in you'll be able to see the status of your order and your tracking number if your order has shipped. Or, you can simply give us a call at 1-888-334-7527 or send us an email at info@santasquarters.com and we will provide you with your tracking number.
I do not live in the US. Do you ship to my country?
We ship our products worldwide via FedEx. For large orders and to keep your costs as low as possible, we can also arrange to ship your order via a freight forwarder of your choice. Please call us at 1-888-334-7527 or email us at info@santasquarters.com if you have any questions about international shipping.
What if an item is broken or defective?
If any product is broken or defective, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost within 7 days of your receipt. If the product is no longer available we will issue a refund. Please make sure to inspect your order immediately after receipt. We may ask you to take a picture of the broken item and email it to us for verification. We are sorry, but we cannot accept items that are not in their original packaging as well as unauthorized returns. Please contact us by calling 1-888-334-7527 or by emailing us at info@santasquarters.com before you wish to return an item. We appreciate your understanding.
What if I don't like what I have ordered?
It is very important to us that you are happy with the item(s) you have ordered. If you are not satisfied with your product, please call us at 1-888-334-7527 or email us at info@santasquarters.com and let us know why you would like to return the product. We may ask you to take a picture of the item and email it to us. Please note that you must contact us within seven days of having received your order if you would like to return it. We do not accept returns sent more than seven days after your receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange, minus the shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee once we receive the product. Items must be returned in their original packaging. We are sorry, but we do not accept unauthorized returns. We appreciate your understanding.

All the information you provide on our site is sent over a secure server with a private security certificate. Your information is nobody else's business, and we keep it that way.
