Installation

1. Download the compressed theme using either of the links above.
2. Uncompress the file, and upload the ChristmasStars folder to your Wordpress themes folder at /wp-content/themes/ using the FTP program of your choice.
3. In your Wordpress admin area, click on "Appearance", and click to activate the "Christmas Stars" theme. That's it!

Issues and Modifications

Title and Description Length:

The Christmas Stars theme is very simple, and will work just fine as soon as you install it. However, you may want to make a couple of modifications. If the title and description of your blog are very long, they may end up doubling up (onto multiple lines) if they go beyond the right edge of the header image. If you need more space for the title and description, you can modify the style.css file located in the ChristmasStars folder, to move the title and description to the left, giving you more room on the right side. Here's how:

1. Open the style.css file from your Wordpress admin area by going to Appearance, Editor, Stylesheet.
2. Find the section that begins with "#logo", and change the number 450 to a smaller number. (This number represents the distance the title will appear from the left side of the header.)
3. Find the section that begins with "#description", and change 451 to the same number as you did above, plus 1.
4. Experiment with this number until you find the perfect placement for your title and description.
